About the Event
Our Horizon Amharic Class is a three-part workshop where we engage in fun, engaging conversations with our community about our history, culture, and traditions. This workshop is open to Amharic speakers of all levels and will serve as a prelude to our weekly Amharic classes that will begin September. The classes will take place in 13 SUNS Ethiopian Café & Eatery where food and drinks will be provided. As we aim to support local, youth-owned Ethiopian businesses, attendees are expected to pay for their share of the ordered food and drinks. These sessions will consist of informal conversations, ice breakers, and games, all in Amharic. Register now to reserve your spot!
